Robert Lamb is in overall charge.
Mike Garvey manages the committee boat. He will also take over the racing should the race officer vacate his post for any reason.
Peter Knight is in charge of the pin-end boat on the start line. He positions that boat and identifies any OCS boats.
Tina Scott runs the finish boat with water tight procedures.
Martin Stephens leads the mark laying team and is out on the course rather than at one end of it.
Gareth Roberts is responsible for safety, monitoring the sailors at all times and managing any adverse situations including injuries.
